It was so fun helping everyone get to know Dr. Jeff Flannery better back in May, and now we get to introduce his amazing staff! One thing we all know as moms is that the dentist you see is important, but the team around him matters just as much. And for our kids? Every single person who interacts with them is vital to a good experience both for the children and for us. Enjoy getting to know these four women who have all been part of Dr. Jeff’s practice since the early days, and rest assured that no one will blame you for crashing one of their office dance parties!
Madeline
Madeline is the office manager, and she has been at Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry since the practice opened two years ago. She loves to go to the beach as much as possible, and she’s always planning her next trip! If she’s not planning a beach trip, she’s planning another country concert to attend with girlfriends. She typically spends her lunch break running and working out, things she really enjoys. She loves making healthy recipes at home, but she’s also into the Birmingham restaurant scene and trying everything!

She’s a mom to seven, five boys and two girls. Her kids range from pre-k to college, so we’re assuming she’s an expert on all the things. Stephanie loves neighborhood block parties, having friends over for dinner, thrift store shopping, and escaping to her family’s farm in Alpine. She also enjoys painting walls, planting flowers, snuggling her kitty, and doing wood projects with her husband… like building furniture!

Alisa is from the Oak Mountain area, and she loves working there! And here’s a shoutout to her 5-year-old nephew Zander who is such a joy! His aunt loves him!
