COVID-19 UPDATE: Bloom is now VIRTUAL! Birmingham Mom Collective and St. Vincent’s Health System have partnered together to ensure the health and well-being of all attendees, volunteers, vendors, and panelists. We have decided it is in the best interest of everyone involved to have a virtual event. This was supported by the Risk Management team at St. Vincent’s. This will be a really fun way to celebrate moms, give away some great prizes including a swag bag worth over $140 (for General Admission) and over $200 (for VIPs), and have a Live Q and A with experts from St. Vincent’s Hospital. Birmingham Moms Blog is thrilled to announce that we are bringing Bloom back to our city for the 3rd year in a row! We are linking arms with the City Mom Collective {our parent site} as well as 50 other Sister Sites across the nation to celebrate moms as they enter into motherhood for the first, second, third, or more time!!!

This exclusive event is geared towards moms, dads, and grandparents who are planning to grow their family, currently expecting, in their first year of motherhood, or fostering/adopting little ones. This year, we will be having a VIRTUAL EVENT! We know everyone is a little zoom’d-out, so we decided to break it up a bit!

We will be giving away lots of prizes in partnership with local businesses on our Facebook page in the days leading up to Tuesday, June 23, then we will have a Live Q and A panel of experts from St. Vincent’s Hospital on our Facebook page at 8 pm on June 23, and then swag and giveaway pick up at St. Vincent’s Hospital in front of Bruno Conference Center on Wednesday, June 24 from 9 to 11 am or from 4 to 7 pm.

Due to the nature of the event, tickets will be *extremely limited* and available on a first come, first served basis only. Last year the event sold out very fast, so we encourage you to get your tickets as soon as you can so that you do not miss out.

THE PANEL

We are thrilled to have five amazing doctors and specialists from St. Vincent’s on our Live Q and A panel on our Facebook page on June 23 at 8 pm. Among last year’s panelists, we had an OB/GYN, a Pediatrician, an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner, and a Lactation Specialist/Registered Nurse. As we finalize each panelist, we will introduce them to you. Be sure to bring all of your questions for these experienced specialists!
